At KermitCloud Hosting, we provide Minecraft server hosting and Discord bot hosting services. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing any service from us.
No Refunds
All purchases made through KermitCloud Hosting are considered final. We do not offer refunds for payments made for our hosting services, including partial or unused billing periods, except where required by applicable law.
1. All Sales Are Final
By purchasing a service from KermitCloud Hosting, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the service details and agree to our no-refund policy. Once a payment has been completed, it is generally non-refundable.
2. Covered Services
This policy applies to all services provided by KermitCloud Hosting, including:
- Minecraft server hosting.
- Discord bot hosting.
- Hosting plans, upgrades, and additional resources.
- Other digital hosting products and services we offer.
3. Cancellations
You may cancel your service according to the available cancellation options in your client account. Cancellation prevents future renewals where applicable, but does not automatically entitle you to a refund for a payment already made.
4. Service Issues
If you experience technical problems, downtime, or difficulties using your service, please contact our support team. We will make reasonable efforts to investigate and resolve reported issues. Technical support does not guarantee a refund.
5. Billing Disputes
If you believe you were charged incorrectly or notice an unauthorized payment, contact our support team as soon as possible so we can investigate. This policy does not waive any rights you may have under applicable law or any applicable payment-provider requirements.
6. Policy Changes
KermitCloud Hosting reserves the right to update this refund policy when necessary. Changes will be published on this page and will apply as permitted by applicable law.
